How do I... Make An Appointment?

Appointments can be made from 8.00am each weekday.

Urgent cases will be seen without delay.

If you cannot keep your appointment, please advise us as early as possible. It is a policy of this practice to be seen punctually.

Please advise the receptionist if you require an extra appointment time - for example, for a special procedure or where more than one patient requires to be seen.

How do I... Obtain A Home Visit?

Most problems can be best dealt with in the surgery where records and a full array of equipment are available.

Please request home visits before 10.00am and only when necessary.

Children with acute rashes and temperatures etc will be seen promptly in the surgery.

How do I... Obtain Test Results?

Please allow adequate time for results to come back. Please telephone as advised and the results, if uncomplicated, can be given over the telephone via the receptionist or doctor.
